Refund Period
Unless a different guarantee is stated on the specific product sales page, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at dtsoftware@conzify.com with your order details (name, email used at purchase, and transaction ID). Purchases made through JVZoo may also be refunded via the JVZoo support system.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse of the refund policy or violation of our Terms & Conditions. Certain products may have specific refund terms noted at the point of sale.
